Havila Partners Announces that Eques Finance owns 100% of its shares (Press Review)

Havila Partners, Corporate advisor founded in 1998, announced today that Eques Finance, agree to exercise the call options and is now the sole shareholder with 100% of the company.

Eques Finance, founded in 1998 also, is an investment company active in Europe and Africa in Private Equity and advisory.

Eques Finance is mainly involved in the following sectors : Finance, Technologies, Agro-Industries, Logistic, Catering and Restaurants, Properties

For Havila Partners, Stéphane Drai is Managing Partner and Philippe Duquesne was named Head of Structured Finance for the bonds and financing issues.

Pierre Louis Amancic had joined Eques Finance as Senior Advisor for the new investments and development of the various participations.
